About Me
This is not something I was taught.
It is something I have come to embody over time.
My path began in my own recovery, in the quieter and often uncomfortable moments of sitting with myself and beginning to see, honestly, the patterns that were keeping me stuck. Not in theory, not in conversation, but in the way I was actually living.
What I came to understand was simple, but not easy to live by.
If something is not faced, it does not leave.
If nothing changes, then nothing changes.
There is a point where insight is no longer enough.
Where something deeper is required.
A willingness to meet yourself directly, without stepping away.
That is where this work began for me.
Firewalking came as a doorway into that space.
Not as a performance, and not as something to prove, but as a way of meeting fear in real time. A way of standing at the edge where the mind hesitates, and choosing to step forward with awareness rather than retreat.
It is not the fire that changes you.
It is the moment you decide to move.
That moment has stayed with me, and continues to shape how I live and how I hold space for others.
Over time, this path expanded.
The breath became another doorway.
A quieter one, but no less powerful.
Where fire meets you in action, the breath meets you in what you have been holding.
Through practices like rebirthing breathwork, I began to understand that letting go is not something we do with force or effort. It happens when the body is given the space and safety to release what it no longer needs to carry.
Again, simple.
But not always easy.
The Path
I trained with the Sundoor School of Firewalking, first as an instructor, then stepping into the path of Sundoor Master, and now continuing into Sakahan.
This work is not about spectacle or intensity for its own sake.
It is about responsibility.
About presence.
About creating spaces where something real can happen.
Spaces where people can meet themselves honestly,
let go of what is ready to leave,
and take a step forward in their life with more clarity.
At the centre of all of this is love.
Not as an idea, and not as something abstract, but as something you can actually feel when the noise drops away.
Through presence.
Through direct experience.
Through being witnessed without needing to perform.
What I Offer
The spaces I hold are grounded, simple, and human.
Sometimes they are quiet.
Sometimes they ask something of you.
But they will always meet you where you are.
You do not need to arrive in a certain way.
You do not need to have it figured out.
Only a willingness to be honest,
and to take a step toward what you already know is ready.
If you feel that pull, even quietly,
then you are in the right place.
