Gather with Neil and Eileen on the sacred lands of Aberlemno for an evening of gentle breathwork, creativity, candlelight and fire ceremony. Listen to what is stirring within you, plant your intentions for the year ahead and welcome the returning light through movement, connection and joy.
THE EXPERIENCE
What dreams are quietly waiting within you, ready to be planted with intention? Close to the Winter Solstice, we gather on the sacred ancestral lands of Aberlemno to rest, listen inwardly and welcome the returning light. Like seeds beneath the winter earth, there may be something within you asking for nourishment, space and time. Through meditation, gentle breathwork and reflection, we will listen to what this year has taught us and what wants to emerge. You will create your own medicine pouch, a physical vessel holding the seeds of what you choose to nurture, with a little surprise ritual woven into the evening. As darkness settles, we will gather in candlelight before turning towards the fire. Through fire ceremony, music and movement, we will raise our energy and bring life to our intentions, opening ourselves to courage, connection, joy and possibility. You do not need to arrive with answers. Bring a dream, a longing, a new direction—or simply a willingness to listen. Together, we will plant something in the darkness and trust that, in its own time, it knows how to find the light. Come as you are. Come and plant your Seeds of Light.

Reeta
Reeta is the heart behind Lavender Moon, a gifted sound healer whose work grew from her own journey of healing, inner peace and transformation. Deeply connected to Egyptian mythology and ancient wisdom, her path has taken her into ceremony with curanderos and medicine people from around the world. Through sound baths, breath, energy and sacred space, Reeta helps people soften, release and reconnect with their own power. Reeta and Neil facilitate together in Maidstone, Kent, weaving sound, ceremony and the transformative energy of the fire to create spaces where people can come home to themselves.
Cordula
Cordula is a Shamanic Practitioner, Craniosacral Therapist and trained Sound Bath Practitioner with a deep connection to the earth and ceremony. Having worked alongside curanderos and medicine people in Colombia, she brings grounded wisdom and heart to the spaces she holds. A gifted drum and rattle maker, Cordula creates shamanic tools and ceremonies and regularly tends the fire with Soul Shine Rituals.
Neil
Neil is the founder of Soul Shine Rituals, a Sundoor Firewalk Instructor and Sakahan, Shamanic Practitioner and Breathwork Facilitator. With a deep passion for the joy, wisdom and transformative essence of fire, he creates welcoming spaces that help people reconnect with themselves, remember what they are capable of and step more fully into living their best life.
Eileen
Eileen is the founder of Eileen’s Energy Transformation Coaching and a tender of the sacred lands of Aberlemno. An Energy and Transformation Coach, Reiki Master, Shamanic Healer and Yoga Teacher with over 30 years devoted to energy and natural healing, she brings a magnetic presence and zest for life, helping people reconnect with their inner fire and step more fully into their purpose.
Fionn
Fionn is the founder of Wild Power Alchemy, a Somatic and Shamanic Practitioner, ceremonialist and energy alchemist with over 17 years of experience. A co-facilitator of our Edinburgh and Kent gatherings, she weaves breathwork, somatic practice, ancestral ritual and energy medicine to create compassionate, trauma-informed spaces where people can reconnect with their voice, power and inner wisdom.
